The Website is operated by GHAMA TRADE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. It presents our food import, export and commercialization services and lets businesses request quotes. The Website is intended for business users.

3. Information, not an offer

Product categories, descriptions, photos and process descriptions on the Website are general information. They are not an offer to sell, a price list or a guarantee of availability. Photos are illustrative. A binding commitment exists only under a written quote accepted under our Terms of Trade or a signed contract.

4. Quote requests

• Sending a request does not create a contract or oblige either party to trade.
• We may decline any request, including where our compliance checks are not satisfied.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Liability for the supply of goods is governed exclusively by our Terms of Trade or the applicable contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHAMA TRADE LLC from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Website will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any proceeding, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by email for at least 30 days.

• We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from its publication.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
